We are based in PTA, Gauteng, South Africa.

Can I pickup in-store

Currently we do not offer in-store pickup services.

Is the product in stock

If the online store shows we have quantities available then we have the item.

How accurate is the stock

Our stock is updated on a routine 3H schedule continuously.

Our Quotations

22. Quotations

22.1 All quotations provided by EMD Online is only valid for a maximum of 7 calendar days with the condition that stock is still available.
22.2 Quotation pricing are subject to change if and when items go out of stock and new replacement items have to be ordered in within the 7 day period.
22.3 Special order items will only be ordered once payment has been received by our clients. This will delay the delivery times of the order

  • R130 Standard Shipping
  • R180 Plastic Kits, Dirt Bike Tyres (Front or Rear), Square Bike Stands, Mousses (Front or Rear)
  • R250 ATV & UTV Tyres < 4 on an order, scissor stands and loading ramps
  • R450 ATV & UTV Tyres > 4 on an order

Pick and Packing lead time is normally 1 day and then ETA from collection date is 1-2 days for main centers and outlying areas are normally 3 days to the nearest depot

We us The Courier Guy for all SA deliveries

SA Delivery times

Main center ETAs are 1-2 days

Outlying areas ETA are 3-4 days

These lead times are provide from the date of collection and not when the EMD order has been placed

Do you ship internationally

Yes we do ship across border but only to the following countries :
Mozambique, Namibia, Lesotho, Swaziland, Botswana

Courier is done excl VAT and Duties and these payments and amounts the client will be liable for.

International courier costs

We only cover the freight costs for the parcel.

Return FAQs

How to start the return process

Go to the "Customer Service" tab above on the navigation --> Select "Return Form" --> Complete and submit the form.

We will received the form and book the collection.

Thereafter you will receive confirmation of the collection booking

How to properly package a return

Please place the item back into the packaging you received it in.

If not available please wait for the courier to arrive to package the parcel.

DO NOT ADD TAPE TO THE PHYSICAL PRODUCT BOX OR MATERIAL. THIS WILL DAMAGE THE PACKAGING !

How long after a purchase can I return an item

Returns and Refunds are eligible 7 days after the delivery date.

This provides enough time to review and test fitment without damaging the physical item or special packaging

Product condition for return

The following are criteria to be eligible to submit a return :

Product must be undamaged, clean and no missing components of the product

Packaging must be neatly opened

Must be within 7 days after delivery of the order

Failure to comply with these rules can result in an unsuccessful return or refund. This can be caused to our inability to restock/repackage and resell the items.
